In the ELDOA classes you will learn how to:
• alleviate and prevent back, neck and shoulder pain,
• stretch specific muscles to balance your body,
• realign your spine for better posture,
• decompress the discs in your spine, pelvis and shoulder joints, and
• optimise recovery from sports and training.
The increased flexibility will improve your joint mobility and overall health. As the quality of your tissue improves with the correct stimulus, you will find that you have better posture, greater range of joint motion, that you are able to perform tasks with greater ease, and you’ll suffer fewer injuries.
