Sports Stretching

ELDOA classes and Myofascial Stretching are different from conventional stretching and yoga because they are very complex and specific techniques focused on the correction of pathologies that cause pain through a precise attention to form and correct progression.

ELDOA exercises and Myofascial Stretches are specific techniques founded by renowned French osteopath, Dr. Guy Voyer, in Los Angeles, CA. Classes are organised and run in NZ exclusively through Sweet7 by certified ELDOA/MFS instructors.

In the ELDOA classes you will learn how to:

alleviate and prevent back, neck and shoulder pain,

• stretch specific muscles to balance your body,

• realign your spine for better posture,

• decompress the discs in your spine, pelvis and shoulder joints, and

• optimize recovery from sports and training.

The gains in flexibility will improve your joint mobility and overall health. As the quality of your tissue improves with the correct stimulus, you will find that you have better posture, greater range of joint motion, that you are able to perform tasks with greater ease, and you’ll suffer fewer injuries.
